FYI
For your information, every 1 oz of livermush has about 5g CHO, so every 3 oz also counts as a carb choice for all of your diabetic patients out there. I hope you never have to tell anyone this, as I think I broke this lady's heart today when we figured out why her blood glucose was always running high after her 3-4x/weekly livermush breakfast.... bummer.
